I have just inherited a Pioneer PL-120 turntable from my late partner, but I
am unsure of the voltage. The mains lead has a small 2 pin plug similar to
that of my Japanese Onkyo Hi-MD mini deck and I have tried it in the adaptor
for (output 100 V.)that but nothing happens . There is a label on the rear
of the PL-120 which shows voltages of both 110-130 and 220-240. CAn nay shed
any light on this and advise waht sort of adaptor I might need (if any) to
connect to Uk 240 volt mains supply. The deck was bought in London, UK.
