MSDN says the the SDK automatically installs the maya X File plug-in. but it did not happen with my co-worker's machine. we then tried to manually copy the plug-in files etc. to the directories in the Maya path, but the plug-in (though loaded) then functioned unsuccessfully. Can anyone give any guidance regarding the installation of the plug-in. he is using Maya 7
