Joel Kuhlmann these words of wisdom: I have been experiencing this with both OneNote 2003 and 2007 ...not happen if I paste the screen captured images directly into Word, so I'm assuming it has something to do with how OneNote is saving into Word format. Just tested it with ON 2007 and Word 2003. It works fine. I assume that it might have to with some settings in Word. Rainald
