Check the following: Open Internet Explorer and press Alt if the command bar is not showing. Press File and confirm that Work Off Line is not checked. If not, and this is IE7 or IE8 go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Reset (button) to reset IE to defaults. Nothing has been announced with details for future development of Windows Live Sync. Rumor has it that a beta will be released soon. Perhaps we'll know more then. To the best of my knowledge there is no public API for Live Sync. There was developer information for Live Framework up until September of 2009. I expect that it will once again be made available in the future. More information here

Parasitic forums like Egghead copy the messages back from Usenet, to make it look as if they have volume. I was surprised a few years ago, on consulting a similar forum that had somethiing interesting to me, to discover that I had been a "member and contributor" for several years already! @msn.com accounts become the same as free Hotmail after you stop paying. You still use the same @msn
