I use the Watson Fentanyl 100mcg/hr patches and change every 3 days. I've had no problems with them at all. I saw no difference between them and the Duragesic patches I used the first month I was prescribed the patch. I have chronic pancreatitis and was having trouble with nausea and vomiting so I couldn't keep oral pain meds down. The patch has been a great change for me except it bothers my
