P.S. I removed the battery and re-installed. Then I powered up the cell phone... yaaa, I am back in business again. It freed up the "Locked" keypad. I am not sure I want to try this feature again, until I know for certain that I can use it and not have any further problems. BTW, it is one of the major features I need... looks like I might have to get a holder to prevent the keys accidentally being press and turning on the cell phone. ...
