... year when several pets in America died after eating food contaminated with it by Chinese-made additives. The central government has boasted it was quick to react to the latest problem. But the chronology revealed so far suggests otherwise. It has fuelled speculation of a delay to make sure the Olympic games in August were not marred by a food scare. The government of Gansu province in China’s west says it told the Ministry of Health ...

.... Usually when a candidate tells something less than the truth, we mince words. We use euphemisms like mendacity and inaccuracy Â… or, as the Associated Press put it, "McCain's claims skirt facts." But increasing numbers of otherwise sober observers, even such august institutions as the New York Times editorial board, are calling John McCain a liar. You might well ask, What has McCain done to deserve this? What unwritten rules did he break? ...

... on, looking at the glaciers receding, looking at the animals and life up there that's suffering, watching the actual results and impacts of global warming, that every single person who is a part of that delegation, Left, Right and otherwise, agreed that Al Gore has been right the whole time. Global warming is real. We have to do something about it. Nobody who goes and spoke at this thing has come to any other conclusion. You need to ...

...* to repair every dripping overflow, leaking gutter, or loose doorknob. The price of houses became grossly inflated, costing more than many people could realistically afford. Result, boom and bust, Boom and bust is otherwise known as "The business cycle", and happens the world over. It would take an economist better than Gordon Mac Shite-Features to stop it happening. realising this he went for second best and just put the kibosh ...

...repated here. Off Topic. Go away. I seem to remember that not all that long ago motorists on this transport newsgroup were quite keen on carbon trading/offsetting/ neutral/footprint/blahblah as a means of trying to excuse their pollution. Don't laugh! They were paying for people to plant trees for them, among other things. More fantasy Doug? Unless you can show otherwise by linking to the post where someone said that.

... will be hard pressed to blame the vulnerable victim, as you usually do, with this one. Or was it the mum's fault for allowing her baby to get in the way of the 4x4? As always Doug, you demonstrate your inability to look at all the evidence and arrive at a balanced decision. In this instance I've got no hesitation in condeming the driver. The issue I have is with you and your expectation that anyone here will do otherwise.

Most of them do that and all of them really should, but there are still a lot that ask you to just send an email with "Unsubscribe" in the Subject Otherwise, you'll need to create an acct to unsubscribe by email. ... into failure. And the F-22 is a GOOD plane. The F-35 is a joke. The JSF is fast turning into the biggest fuckup in procurement EVER, and given the track record of the Howard ninnies, that is some statement. I was rather hoping the Rudd ninnies would do better. Still hoping; not holding breath. Mark Addinall. If you have something substantial to post, please do. Otherwise, I don't plan to respond to you again.
