...and belief is the death of your roots and birthright values, as I had stepped onto this land I had not heard of any group of people would want to compromise its belief and religion. The very reason why people were moving westward is the break away from the King of England, such that every one can practice his/her own belief and religion. ... sometimes say we're southern plains. Our area is also called Texoma because we're right above TX...not exactly in the middle. The confusion arises, I think because Chicago is considered to be "the midwest". That started being true when the Mississippi was the western border of the yoo-ess. And when we expanded westward, the monikers for the various regions never changed. Very astute Odd, I agree.
