I'm not aware of any Rockford-centric Fests ever having taken place. I recall that some of the on-line TRF fans were discussing meeting at the Paradise Cove Cafe / Sandcastle on Sept 15, 2001, but the tragic events of that week apparently prevented that plan from being carried out.
