...plates are a fixture. Still, it was free, so I'm not complaining. On my previous toastie-maker/waffle iron, you changed the plates by twisting a little circular thingy ... has your got a circular thingy? (if that's not too personal a question). Er... no and no. I haven't got a circular thingy and it's not too personal! :)
