... good policy to think it is a bear. If we are mistaken, we lose little, and if we are right, we gain much. So, Guthrie writes, in scanning the world we always look for what most concerns us-- livings things, and especially, human ones. Even animals watch for human attributes, as when birds avoid scarecrows. In short, we all follow the principle--better safe than sorry. http://www.oup.com/us/catalog/general/subject/?view=usa&ci=0195098919

... 8) 32pg, b&w $2.99 by David Hutchison This is an adaptation of Baum's second Oz book. I haven't covered this or the previous series, but given that it includes Jack Pumpkinhead, the Sawhorse, and the Scarecrow, and maybe the Gump, I think it belongs in a furry list. .... Its name is derived from the practice of using straw men in combat training. In such training, a scarecrow is made in the image of the enemy with the single intent of attacking it. Such a target is...to test skill against compared to a live and armed opponent. It is occasionally called a straw dog fallacy, scarecrow argument, or wooden dummy argument. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Straw_man Many regulation, like traffic regulations, ...

Why is electron 1000s time smaller than Proton/Nutron but has equal amount of charge as that of Proton Just with -vs Bye Sanny ------------------- there is no problem (:-) the electron is **not revolving** around the nuc !!! you see as in too many cases - people 'build a scarecrow and then fighting it bravely !!! ... you to state it. I sure don't because it doesn't exist except in your fevered imagination. I can do that in about three or four sentences. Put up or shut up. If you cannot state my argument, then you are just arguing against your own strawman, which has nothing to do with me at all. I am 99%% certain that is the case. You certainly produce straw people in abundance. They are ineffectual even as scarecrows.
