... I solve this issue. Hi there, It's possible you have strikeout effect enabled for your reply/forward font. Try this: 1) Open Tools -> Options. 2) Go to the Mail Format tab and click the Stationery and Fonts button. 3) Click the Font button under Replying or forwarding messages. 4) Under effects, make sure Strikethrough is unchecked and press OK a few times to dismiss the open dialogs.
