... I right click on that and select "Go To Process," it jumps to the Process tab and highlights CSRSS.EXE. Any clues as to what I should do in order to try to find what is causing this error? I don't know if CSRSS is causing it....it may just be the process which actually brings up the Error message. My dad has run a virus check and a Spybot check.....but has found nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
