But we had the Xbox set like you said, so it was something with the Wega's settings that was displaying the Dreamcast with VGA/Upscan at a good ratio, but Soul Calibur 2 was off the screen to the left or right, or top and bottom. He could of had it set to "Zoom" or something like that, that'll cut ...

...no question it is Dreamcast. Did Turok on the N64 look that much better than Tomb Raider on a 32-bit machine? OK, DC launches 9/9/99 and you pop in Soul Calibur and your jaw hits the floor. That was a quantum leap, no decernable blockness, clothes that moved naturally, lighting that blew anything up to that point away...hell the DC...
