...lost a huge hand. Flop came 2 9 J... no flush possibility... I had QQ... dude went all in, I called, he had a Jack, and hit another one on the turn. He had like $500 more than me, and I was out. Oh well, that's poker! haha I still say the tournament would be better if they slowed it down over the course of say 2 days, but fun nevertheless. Matt we are working on a monthly format stay tuned Darryl

... maybe olive oil, vinegar and garlic, and maybe some herbs such as basil or oregeno (sp). What might be some good ratios of oil to vinegar? Thanks Tom I would do a chicken cacciatore - the chicken slow cooks in a tomato base with herbs, garlic and whatever else you want to toss in. I usually add crushed tomatoes, olive oil, tomato paste, red wine, mushrooms, garlic, onion, a bay leaf, oregano, and basil to my sauce. ...

If I do the same FTP transfer to...

...One thing I have discovered is that the NAS devices marketed to the small/mid size businesses tend to be fairly slow. Now this would be fine if all we were doing was using it for backups etc... but my desire is... about 252 mbits/second (30mbytes/sec) with an average response time of 0.757 milliseconds. This is still somewhat slow but may be acceptable. I would like to see how that compares with our existing Win2K server. There must be...

...The Bolsheviks invoked class, and "class warfare" and "kulaks" and "enemies of the people". The 20th was our totalitarian century. The idea that the Shoah's gas chambers and shootings were worse than the shootings and the calculated, slow starvation of 7,000,000 Ukrainians only a few years earlier is unsupportable unless your system elevates one set of victims over the other. If you do, explain your logic. I look forward to it. I can't do ...

Use SQL Profiler to diagnose where the delay is occurring, the connection or the stored proc call. In addition to the Duration, also compare the CPU and Reads for successive calls. Also, add the SP:Recompile event. Also, rather than passing in an adhoc where clause as a parameter, consider implementing it like this: ... where (@homeno is null or homeno=@homeno) It may be a combination of things; I wouldn't expect a relatively ...

... comes up with but have to on this subject.  There's no need for "overpolicing" they just have to apply the rules that are already on the books. Referee's don't have multiple camera angles, or slow-motion or zoom to help them make split second decisions. If you're going to retroactively award yellow or red cards 1) you undermine the referee and 2) what about penalty kicks or dissallowed goals? This is...

More than that, the tracing progress of Povray is so slow. I have therefore been looking for other more effective approaches. The first one is to use a free C++ image library that can write images containing spheres. The second way is to write my data to pixels. My ...
