The sock is disposable so you dont have to do anything special with the leaf. My local tea shoppe taught me that. ...you cap to hold the filter in place. Notice the filter just below the spout. I did this for tea presses from 100mL to 1L which you can find dirt cheap in discount stores. ... to anyone. Hmmm... I don't think so. Taste in everything is very personal. I cannot stand beer or coffee. The best coffee in the world prepared by an expert would not be appealing to me. Go into a tea shoppe and see if what they brew is close in taste to what you make.
