... clemency appeal despite serious new doubts about Mr. Davis' participation in the murder of which he was accused. Serious flaws during Davis' trial and post-conviction phases warrant reconsideration of his conviction and sentence. There was no physical evidence against Troy Davis, and the weapon used in the crime was never found. The entire case against Davis was built on witness testimony, which contained inconsistencies at the time ...

... he wrote, "because military commission prosecutors lack evidence to link all but a handful of detainees directly with the 9/11 attacks and other major al Qaeda atrocities." He pointed out that the short sentence Hamdan received after his trial partly came about partly because prosecutors were "unable to rely on the expansive 'enterprise' definition of conspiracy." Criticizing the government's decision to appeal, he explained that, because ...

... cases that does entail reading user input, but not in all cases. I suggested that the language be changed from "reading args" to "providing args" and that how the argument values are determined be explained explicitly. Don't be intimidated by difficulty with English. Using short sentences helps. There's always room for improvement in the doc, especially as concerns its accessibility by people whose mother tongue is not English.

...or butt raped and beaten badly - even to the point of sustaining physical injury?? I thought I had already stated that I see no difference between the two. will it go on for an attacker who is made a felon and sentenced to jail - to loose his house and his job - where he faces peril of possible beatings, death and rape himself? В So what? You just said that sometimes, rape ain't so bad. And what if ...

... the data on the close fighting data. F-35 will have vectoring, I am guessing? (I know Su-35 is sweet in close, I am not doubting that. But I haven't seen this data.) You said 'data' three times in one sentence, without taking a breath. Stop it. If the "virtually unarmed" F-35 can go undetected and detect the Su-35 before the Su-35 knows it is there, it only needs one missile fired from the internal bays to win the fight. ...

Don't let me stop you having a good time though.- Hide quoted text - That last sentence stems from one who believes argument somehow expands consciousness. The belief (not arrogance in your case, but is wth many) that you can actually do that ie, effect Sean's day :-). Arguments "always" work both ways. They are...

... point is validated. It matters little how well qualified a person is academically (accepted by the mainstream), when it comes to such issues. Experience is the only teacher. There are those who are open to such experiences, and those in denial, who therefor, ironically, deny that others could possibly have such experiences. From the Inquisition to today. The only difference is the way the 'believers' dish out their sentence. BOfL

...>>>> Nobody 'has' what? Are you talking about possessions, or germs etc carried around by normal people? This clinical language is a philosophical and common sense dead end. Sorry, what are you referring to? The only sentence in which I used the verb "to have", was: "I do not have any knowledge of people with asperger" (maybe I should have added "'s syndrome") Neither of your to questions nor your remark abour...
