Ban Palak is Hmong refugee camp close to Muang Kasi. Hmongs are refugees and livine in Ban Palak refugee camps within their own country, while viets are roaming around the country like wild horses. What's Ban Palak? Who is in there? DJK can you tell us more about this Ban and it future. Picture is good but there are story need to be add too.
