Also, in the Windows Registry check: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Microsoft.BusinessSolutionsĀ.eCRM.OutlookAddin.Connect.3 The value of LoadBehavior should be 3 for Outlook to load it. The Key was already set as you suggest....
