In the past I've had the projectors rented - for a large room you really need a commercial grade projector that has the lumens to toss the image far enough and still be viewable. AND be able to run all day, or even 7x24, for a con. Most consumer projectors just can't take that abuse without cooking, and they lack the power to project...
