I'm not going to dig around on Google and Wikipedia, trying to guess what your point is. If you can't present the concept the wager represents yourself, I'm not going to do your work for you. ... on worldÂ’s future eventsÂ…Â…Â…Â…Â…Â…Â…Â…Â…Â… Â….. Yes, that's how to solve the world's problems; imagine an invisible man who lives in the sky, then ask him to fix them. Go to Google and do a search for 'Descartes' Wager'. You'll probably find a Wikipedia article about the subject. Read and digest the article. See if it makes any change to your outlook. -- Liverpool. Liverpool St station is one of the major stations managed directly by Network Rail - their webpage about it is here: http://www.networkrail.co.uk/aspx/897.aspx Under facilities it sez this: "Bicycles can now be left at Platform 10, as well...

Tfl website tells me there is some. Anyone know where, and if it's busy enough that my bike would be one of many left there overnight - or if it would be the only one? Bike looks my best (quickest) option for getting there at 0400. Thanks Colin McKenzie -- No-one has ever proved that cycle helmets make cycling any safer at the population level, and anyway cycling is about as safe per mile as walking. Make an informed choice...

'Speed cameras do reduce accidents but not quite as much as has sometimes been claimed,' said Dr Linda Mountain of Liverpool University's engineering department. The current cabinet, in its rush to race ...
