... Waffle Iron (49.95 at Amazon) is the best I've ever found. Cranks out a perfect, crisp waffle in around 90 seconds. Ignore the schmaltzy heart-shape and just enjoy the waffles. 8;) Yeast waffles are nice, but they're much lighter than ordinary waffles. It all depends what you like. I've tried many scratch recipes, but haven't found one yet that we like significantly better than good old Aunt Jemima. YMMV, of course. -- Larry
