... Doctor. Admittedly I don't remember its having anything to do with nuclear missiles - it was a sufficiently devastating weapon all on its own - but I also don't remember any other candidates. Actually, that does sound familiar-- Although, being the first Doc #4 episode, they were still in Pertwee UNIT mode at the time.
