I just got this computer 2 weeks ago - and pretty much have a problem with it everytime windows tries to update - I'm running Vista Home Premium on a Dell inspiron 530 - 4gig memory 32 bit operating system, quad cpu and and service pack 1 for the past week - windows has tried to update - afterwards, I then try to use Outlook and it hangs after giving the splash screen. Just reinstalled Windows XP Home on my Dell Inspiron E1505 laptop. The Control Panel Device Manager showed some question marks. I went to Support.Dell.com to download the device drivers. After downloaded and installed more than 20 drivers, there are still 4 question marks: 3 Base System Device and 1 Network Controller. Exactly which drivers of which groups (Applications, Network, etc.) I need for these 4 devices? TIA, Jeffrey
