...I just got a bunch of tea from them[1], along with a teapot and some incense. So far I've tried the (gorgeous) Li shan oolong, which I've been brewing gongfu since about 1pm. Still going strong; really thick, brothy (umami) mouthfeel. Infusion 11 or so, 185F. 1. Almost from the first sip, it feels like there is a slight coating on the inside of my mouth. It's not quite like butter or fat, but similar. It lasts for an hour or so ...

After awhile the aftertaste turns to perfume which fills the nostrils as it leaves the tongue. The infused leaf is very sticky. You can simply remove with a spoon. Whenever things get out of kilter I drink this, when things cant get any better I drink this. I dont drink this tea everyday because if...

... replicate. One quick example is when I do a marinade. I heat the liquid base at medium to medium-high for about 22-28 seconds, then stir to incorporate herbs and spices. This brings just enough warmth to allow faster infusion of flavors into the fluid, which is then applied to the meat, where the more volatile fluid can then carry the flavors deeper into the meat. But like my 30+ pans, 3 food processors, 2 KA stand mixers, 4 ...

.... "He was groggy -- somebody under the influence of drugs or drunkenness," recalled Olakunle Adigun, a general practitioner. He couldn't figure out what sedatives his patient had been given, so he tried to detoxify him with saline infusions. Ade's pulse was dangerously low, and when he tried to walk around the hotel room, "he leaned on the wall," Adigun said. "He was talking, but a slurred kind of speech." * * * Internal government...

... enough and heats up the sides a bit. I would do this even if pre-heating did not make any difference, just to flush out dust get leaves to open up more if the tea is whole-leaf. I don't preheat the second, thin-walled glass pot where I pour tea after infusion. I would say that with thin glass pots this is completely unnecessary, with thicker glass pots I'd have to experiment but my guess would be it also makes little to no difference.

Has anyone had any experience with TeaGschwendner? http://www.teagschwendner.com/US/en/HomePage.TG They have a very large assortment of infusers http://www.teagschwendner.com/US/en/Shop_Permanent_Filters.TG?activeID=1119&parent_id=1032 including what looks to be a copy (knockoff?) of the ingenuiTEA. They have more detailed brewing instructions with each tea than I have seen elsewhere, including weights: http://www....
