I never use Exchange. Have you tried the method that works with local data stores? Select the Category Actions New Message to Contact... -- Russ Valentine... need to select the members from the public folder when creating it so you can use the "update now" option for updating changes. What Im trying to find out is can I email direct from a category in public folders? Can anyone help with this. "Russ Valentine ...

Im trying to import from Excel into Outlook folder and it won't work. We just recently upgraded to Office 2007. I'm doing it the same way I did it before but it doesn't work. Just appears to be importing then gives me a Microsft Error and shuts down. I did try to go in and name the ranges but then get an ODBC error that too many items have been defined.
