My suggestion, take it for what it's worth is to get ...pier with a nearly empty cylinder, and empty your BCD. Then start removing weight in small increments until you can fin pivot with no gas in your BCD. Here is the info I pulled up on the ideal body weight for people of my size. Weight: 210 lbs Height: 75 inches, or 6' 3" Age: 23 Gender Male BMI: 26.2 kg/m^2 The average weight other people of my age, height, weight, and gender describe as their ideal weight: 197 lbs The medical Recommendations are anywhere from: 152 - 200 lbs Ideal Body Mass Index (BMI) is 19-25 kg/m^2 So I am doing really good, and am on...
