Hoorah!! It finally worked. I've been trying for almost a week on this. I disabled the User Access Control, but I also thought of something else. When I went to the command line, I simply ran the command at the prompt. This time, since it would keep coming through as access denied, I ran it as Administratrator. ... freedom of information act. But how many people have been damaged by these anti-depressant's already? I wouldn't trust anyone taking prozac or similar. You can always tell. They're on the edge, quick to anger. God knows what years of suppression of their natural processes has done to them.
