...to be one and show on both of screens.In other words, when she adds an appointment, it just pops up in my Outlook calendar and vice versa. We do some incredible gyrations with a home computer so that her PDA will add my appointments to her calendar and my smart phone will do the same at my desktop.

I had never used Outlook Calendar on my home computer until I bought a Blackberry. When I synched my Blackberry to my home computer, none of my calendar entries appeared in my Outlook Calendar despite a notification during the sync process that they were transferred. Also, when I add an calendar entry by hand to my Outlook Calendar it doesn't show. Any suggestions? -- JT
