... ebay feedback on request. Not interested myself but as the other poster says it seems a little expensive and there's no legal operating system apparently and only 2gigs of ram It does have a legal operating system, has Windows XP Pro SP3, i forgot to add it and i cant edit a post once its up :P I know its a little on the expensive side but i aim high with expectations of people haggling just like everywhere else.

... little progress on actually getting legalization and regulation on the agenda, and only in the sense that most people are aware now that the issue 'hangs in the air' in Vienna," he said. The haggling between the prohibitionist fringe and the rest of the NGOs not only prevented the adoption of more overtly anti-prohibitionist language, Polak said, it also prevented discussion of additional proposals for alternative drug control policies...

... conclusion. I would assume most people live quite a full life away from the keyboard. Usenet is part of the marketplace of ideas, and groups and threads are sections and stalls. Of course there is haggling - that is how we test ideas. What would happen if everyone agreed? There would be no discussion. Disagreement is a prerequisite for these groups. Again, successful communication can only take place if both people are coming ...

.... A rather far-reaching conclusion. The wars that take place in the name of religion are ...

... make Ireland vote again, only this time "yes." Ireland's government played along with such a maneuver in 2002, when it staged a second referendum after narrowly rejecting a previous EU treaty, then haggling for an appendix that emphasized Ireland's military neutrality. Many Europeans say this is exactly the problem with democracy Brussels-style, where European Commission members are not directly elected but wield continental powers....

... (as a consent, an agreement where both parties win something); in the USA it may rather have negative connotations (as both parties lose something). In the former Soviet Union, the word was rather unknown." To bicker, haggle and fight out a solution, a bargain or deal I suppose is in all these cultures in one way or another. Probably instinctual and non-verbal [sic] emotional. Translated into a "feeling of fairness" yes a ...

... that would have contributed to understanding: like standing in a queue at the butchers - something it seems hardly anyone misses now there's hardly 10%% of them left compared to 1958 - watching people argue and haggle. Calculating the return on different odds though can presumably help breach the facility gap whereby we're no now longer innovative as a culture because we only ever count in multiples of ten (again not actually true ...

... the Revolution on. What the "objectivists" called chaos at the objectivist site, is otherwise known in popular parlence as an institutional establishment of "checks and balances" in which no one group can exert complete authority. Haggling and arguing are required between interested parties, see the part at the bottom of my past about the seperation of powers. But for a more formal justification of the mixed economy and how it stop the ...

...are. It does have a fan as well, temperature controlled though so it very rarely ever kicks in. Palindrome - You should have offered £90! That's what it went for in the end. I usually figure a little haggle-room into my prices, as I usually advertise on a couple of forums where the common practice seems to be offer 50%% of the asking price and go from there :) I wouldn't send offers lower than the asking price unless...

... deal of trouble to save even a penny. At first, I thought they were crazy as a result of their hard times, or just incredibly cheap, or that maybe their Eastern-European culture compelled it as a substitute for haggling (not allowed in American stores.) But then one day the manager of the supermarket had me go around to all the stores in the neighborhood and record the prices of certain common items. When I came back with the list he...
