Combine and add molasses and 1 beaten egg. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape dough into walnut-size balls on greased cookie sheet. Press down slightly with fork. Beat 1 egg and paint tops of the cookies. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
