...to do some chicken breasts in jerk seasoning, cook them on the griddle pan, and serve with RRS :) Managed to get a couple of great looking pork chops as well as corn-fed free range chicken breasts (skin on - I hate the fad for skinless chicken), so time for a marinade :) -- Bear 2002 Yamaha R1 Saab Aero Sport
