Sorry - but none of this makes sense to me - I do not travel and change my time zone and I live in Arizona with NO DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME - BOTH WINDOWS AND OUTLOOK ARE SET TO THE ARIZONA SETTING - birthdays still expand to 2 days if I set them up as an ALL DAY EVENT.
