... and entertainment complex in an old Beijing factory. And China is accomplishing all of this at a breakneck pace. “I first went to China in 1981, and the airport was just military huts, and there were no cars, just bicycles,” said Mr. Lipman. “Now you have this incredibly vibrant, rapidly industrializing country, with a massive 5,000-year cultural heritage that the world has now had a unique opportunity to preview thanks to the Games.”

...I believe conveys the essence of my argument I put out the following. If a bicycle weaves a trail through an earthen path we do not have to directly observe the bicycle to know that it was there and what its likely structure would be, we ..., tricycles, cars, trucks and unicycles. Even if we have never seen a bicycle before we can make predictions that it is a two wheeled contraption, with ...

... about efficiency? It's just government interference. If people wanted to buy cars the size of the Smart car (a little more than twice my bicycle in road volume taken up as I encountered one while bicycling today) people would buy them. CAFE is just pointing a gun to people's heads telling them they have to buy the kind of vehicles government...

... for getting there at 0400. Liverpool St station is one of the major stations managed directly by Network Rail - their webpage about it is here: http://www.networkrail.co.uk/aspx/897.aspx Under facilities it sez this: "Bicycles can now be left at Platform 10, as well as up on Bishops Gate piazza." I'm not well acquainted with the station's bike racks, but I'm quite sure that many commuters routinely leave their bikes overnight ...
