Hello all. Is there a way to *stop* Outlook from expanding the folder tree when new mail is received. My Start-Up folder is 'Unread Mail'. When the folders expand, it's a long list making it a nuisance to scroll down the list to view my webmail accounts. Specs: Windows 2000 SP4 Outlook 2003 SP 3 TIA

I can not get a new account I create in Outlook 2007 to appear as a new customer in Accouting 2008. It works just fine the other way around, if I create a new customer in Accounting, it appears as a new account in BCM. But, that is not how BCM says it is to be. In the help file, it saya when you create a new account, it should prompt you to "link to account", I never get that prompt.
