We are in GRM + 12:00. When we open System Settings / Formats, there is the right time (and date) showing in Format preview. CRM time settings are fine. For example, when I create new account, "Created On" time is correct. When I change something, the right time appears in Date fields working OnChange event (so, JavaScripting works fine). But Workflow rules show the time 12 hours earlier

Unfortunately, my question was more technical than theoretical. I do realise it must be something completely different than making a field invisible or getting text data from lookup field.
