sorry for the extra lines. I have never been able to figure out how to copy and paste from Word to a post without getting that extra line problem to occur. But I hope you can read and try this recipe. It is surprisingly delicious. My recipe for a very unusual lasagna. Easy and cheap too. Evelyn's "Different" Spinach Lasagna 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach - (can use fresh if you get the quantity right) 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened) 1 egg ¼ cup chopped onion ¼ cup grated Romano cheese 2 cloves minced garlic 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella 1 jar of prepared tomato sauce (small Prego)
