In OL2007 you can subscribe to an Internet calendar. That keeps the calendar separate from other calendars. Search for "sharing" on www.slipstick.com There's no built-in way to share Outlook data w/o Exchange....

what tabs do you see when you right click on your calendar folder and choose Properties? Is Delegates tab listed in Tools, Options? -- ...-AAB9-715429166FE7@microsoft.com... On of the presidents for our company does not have the "Share My Calendar" Link in the Calendar navigation pane. Can you help me locate it so that we can share calendars?
