On the back side of the engine, right between the cylinder heads, there is a black plastic box. Remove the 2 screws holding the cover and remove the cover. First make sure all screw connections are tight. If so then replace the 2 relays. Those are the square black items in this box. They are about 1 1/2" square and just pull out. Replace both. Here is the Johnson part number. 586224.
