I'm accustomed at work (we use Lotus Notes) to doing quite a bit of print screen pastes into messages. I recently wished that I could do this in my Thunderbird use at home. Printing Private events/appts. on Calendars

A while ago I asked about how to stop Outlook printing private appointments or events in the calendars. Someone said to check "don't print private events" in the print screen which I did. Anyway, the calendar that gets printed, in the day that there is a private event it says "Private Event". How do I stop it from printing them altogether? I want it to appear on the ...

How do I print the tracking from a calendar invitation?

Is there a way to print the responses to a calendar invite? I also want to be able to print the tentative and declined responses. I know there's a way to do this but at the moment the only way I have discovered is to run print screen and paste into an email - very annoying.

That view is not a printable view (thank you for clarifying where you see this view) but there are workarounds - either use a Print Screen, paste into Word or MS Paint and print, or use a program like SnagIt! from http://www.techsmith.com. I know of no other way to capture that information. --
