Our wonderful IT Dept at work has put a block on changing the desktop picture. We can no longer change it using (1) Control Panel / Display / Desktop or (2) "save as background" or (3) Control Panel / Display / Customize Destop / Web. We now have to put up with a picture that makes some of our icons difficult to see. Is there another way to change the background? e.g. change a ...

I resize the picture before inserting it, so outlook doesn't need to ...-E7080A12C5FD@microsoft.com... We can insert a picture of a person with a business card. However, after being inserted, the picture will always look somewhat blurry. I suppose... is some filtering done on the picture. Is there a way to avoid this behaviour and keep the picture as sharp as the original ?

We can insert a picture of a person with a business card. However, after being inserted, the picture will always look somewhat blurry. I suppose there is some filtering done on the picture. Is there a way to avoid this behaviour and keep the picture as sharp as the original ?
