I think this may be the longest sustained chorus of boos ever recorded in the history of CFB. (I've never attended an OleMiss foobaw game so I may be rong here.) --
Cal, averaging 6 penalties for 48 yards, gets rung up for 14 flags and 121 yards, all but 4 for 30 in the second half. Included was 15 yards for an illegal block, _after_ a Longshore pass was picked. I didn't know that was possible. I know this was projected as a vengeance game, and they thought they had to keep the Bears from being overly emotionaland getting out of control, but come on.
