The thing a lot of people don't like about the New Age is that it {perhaps crudely, almost quasi-christianly} advocates a return of the GODS, plural. That's what's important - and it is what makes it alike the true Native belief systems of old. These monotheisms of THE BOOK(s) - BIBLE, Qu'RAN - are fighting each other to the death. Good. they're wrong, obviously, look how they behave.
