I finally lost a little weight - eight pounds. I had been fluctuating between 190 and 185 pounds, over and over. Now I'm down to 182, and holding. So now I can eat a few more things than before - I can have lemon juice again. wow! Salad dressing with lemon juice. It's ambrosia. And i can have soup with ground up broccoli now. I had some this morning, and my pp spike at 1/2 hour
