OK Time to think about my position deeply, I do belive that there is great scope for partnership working bettween Scouting and goverment agencies I am particularly impressed by the thinking behind The Big Spend for once a funding scheme which judges requests on the good they can do rather than the prejudices youth workkers have been taught. However partnerships need equeal respect ( not indicated
