What do I do now? I only have salad. Some kidney and garbanzo beans on it. No dressing. And some tabouli but it has a lot of parsley in it and not too much wheat. Can eat a whole small container of it without it affecting my BG too much. Only other thing in the salad is raw veggies and some sliced black olives. But now I have decided I am not hungry.
