I recently wanted to set up a few distribution lists and gave up quickly after seeing how flawed the creation process is. And this is the problem: Finding names in an address book that has a few hundreds entrys is very hard, especialy if you don't know every name but want to find names based on other criteria because the search feature in the Distribution List creation form is terrible....
