maybe you're just giving users bad advise, you seem to be getting a lot of complaints. Manufacturers when they get a radio back regardless of if there is an actual fault or simply an installation error and nothing wrong with the radio has to tag it as "repaired", it can't go back out as new once it's been sold and returned so this isnt' any indication of an actual fault.
