iQdoU?  Translation:  I shop QVC, do you?  Havent heard the slogan yet?  You will.  And as QVCs next Managing Producer, youll be partnering with QVCs Creative Services team to get the word out via commercials and other media campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
The Managing Producer manages the production of marketing videos, cross-channel commercials and sales/presentation videos for QVC.  The MP also anticipates contractural, legal and insurance needs for production and determines marketing strategy for each project.  The MP manages the fulfillment of video clip requests from film companies and other networks.

Additional duties include:

- Estimating production cost and preparing budget for commercials;
- Negotiating, hiring and supervising crews and creating production schedule;
- Supervising shoot and maintaining budget;
- Sourcing artwork, illustrations, photographers, etc.
- Getting all elements to post facility and troubleshooting post problems;
- Managing inventory of film, video and audio elements;
- Overseeing award submission process;
- Managing and developing staff of 2.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in film, communications, etc.
- 5 years film / video experience.
- Working knowledge of film, video, audio production process.
- Excellent orgl skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mediate conflict.
- Excellent supervisory and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
