Coordinate patient care activities with the Pharmacy and Transplant Services. Promote and demonstrate rational, cost effective therapy for transplant patients. Serve as a drug information resource for physicians and other healthcare providers regarding optimal use of medications in Transplant patients. Provide for and facilitate investigational drug studies for Transplant services. Provide educational programs on medication use for healthcare professionals. Serve on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. Provide nutritional assessments for transplant patients.
